How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the Twosome mobile app or by submitting a manual request.

Method 1: Directly inside the app (Instant)

Method 2: Via email request

If you no longer have access to your mobile device, you may request deletion by emailing:

[YOUR_EMAIL@YOURDOMAIN.COM] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and providing your registered phone number.

Account credentials: Your phone number, password hash, recovery code, and display name are permanently erased.
Device tokens: Push notification tokens are removed immediately.
Couple relationship & messages: Active couple links, invitations, and encrypted message logs are dropped.
Stored media: Any uploaded encrypted media blobs associated with your account are deleted from disk storage.

No residual backup of your private communication is retained on our servers after deletion.
